Their sellers mostly ask between AED 166,000 and AED 208,000.
The estimate starts from the cheaper end of these prices (AED 166,000) and multiplies it by 0.69. That figure comes from comparing known values of 4- and 5-digit Abu Dhabi plates with what sellers ask for similar plates. Because known values are few (8 in this group), the figure is pulled part of the way toward the Abu Dhabi average. The range is narrower when there are more similar plates (12 here). It does not depend on how far apart the known values are.
